1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Aegis VPN (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

Aegis VPN provides access to virtual private network (VPN) servers via WireGuard, OpenVPN, and IKEv2. Access is tied to an active subscription and a per-account configuration delivered to your customer panel.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break any applicable law or infringe others’ rights;
• send spam, launch attacks, scan, or otherwise abuse networks;
• distribute malware or attempt to compromise third parties;
• resell or share your account beyond your plan’s device limit.

Abuse may result in immediate suspension without refund. We act on abuse reports we receive about traffic originating from our IP addresses.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and VPN configurations. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5. Payment

Subscriptions are paid in cryptocurrency via a third-party processor. Prices are shown before purchase. Access activates after the payment is confirmed and ends when the subscription expires.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aegis VPN is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use means acceptance.
