Aegis VPN

Privacy Policy

Template for review. A no-logs claim has legal weight — confirm it matches your real server configuration and have it reviewed before launch.

What we collect

  • Account email and a hashed password.
  • Subscription and payment metadata (plan, amount, status). Crypto payments are processed by a third-party provider; we do not store card or wallet details.

No-logs policy

We do not log your VPN activity: no browsing history, DNS queries, traffic contents, or the source IP addresses of your connections are recorded or retained for monitoring. VPN servers hold only the ephemeral state needed to maintain a live connection.

What VPN servers store

Your per-account credentials (WireGuard key, OpenVPN certificate, IKEv2 user) exist on the server so you can connect, and are removed when your subscription is revoked or expires.

Configuration storage

VPN configurations shown in your panel are encrypted at rest. Only you (and the server that issued them) can use them.

Third parties

We share the minimum necessary with our crypto payment processor and our hosting provider. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data. Some records may be retained where required by law.
