Cryptocurrency payments

Subscriptions are paid in cryptocurrency. Because crypto transactions are irreversible, refunds (where granted) are issued at our discretion to a wallet address you provide, in the equivalent amount at the time of refund.

Refund window

If the Service does not work for you, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue or, if we cannot, refund the unused portion of the current term.

Exceptions

• No refunds for accounts suspended for abuse or Terms violations.
• No refunds once a term has substantially elapsed.
